AccueilProject Management

As an Architect and in my early stages, I had the chance to evolve in small companies where each individual has his own fundamental responsibilities without which team work is compromised. My main tasks were :
  • To design for and provide the client with architectural solutions based on their demands, budget and time. These solutions were based on individual research and studies undertaken in respect to the concept.
  • Technical and architectural surveys for residential buildings and apartements.
  • Architectural and technical execution drawings and work supervision.

Since March 2009, I am working on my account as both a Project Manager and an Architect. I had the chance to work for 4 clients since then and on different types of projects, but mostly residential. In addition to what have been cited up above, my tasks are :

  • To design for and provide the client with architectural solutions based on their demands, budget and time, and to monitor their budget and payments during the construction phase.
  • To assist them in their administrative procedures and to be their consultant in every single issue they might encounter.
  • To assist them in their architectural and decoration choices in detail.

My best moments in my active period of Architecture practices were surely after March 2009, when I started handling all the project aspects by myself. I have indeed acquired a knowledge that is crucial for guiding and assisting the client through their construction operations.

I have reinforced throughout my 3 year experience of Architecture activity the following skills and knowledge:

- Autonomy.
- Technical and administrative skills.
- A sense of responsibility.
- Time management skills.
- Promoting schedule and budget efficiency.

My personality and all of my Architecture and computer skills were highly seen by my employers and clients. In that respect, I invite you to look here at testimonials from both my former employees and clients.
